CareerFest

The purpose of CareerFest is to connect quality student and alumni candidates from CCCIllinois (Formerly known as ISCPA) member schools with Illinois employers who want to hire for their job and internship positions.


STUDENTS:

Meet with employers and learn more about job and internship opportunities offered by companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations where you might like to work. 


Description:

In it's 30th year, CareerFest provides an opportunity for the students of the 17 CCCIllinois institutions to interact with employers who want to hire for their job and internship positions.  Through this event, you will have the opportunity to meet hundreds of employers at one convenient location. 


Eligibility:

Only registered students and alumni from CCCIllinois member institutions are able to attend CareerFest.  Click here for a complete list of CCCIllinois member institutions.

Professional Attire:
All candidates must dress professionally.  This is required at this event.  Students or alumni in jeans will not be admitted.  Bring plenty of resumes to distribute to employers.  Review the Student Success Packet below for more information on how to best prepare for a career fair.

Hosted by the College Career Consortium of Illinois, CareerFest will profide you access to some of the best & brightest students across the state of Illinois all at one convenient location. 


In it's 30th year, CareerFest Provides an opportunity for the students of the 17 CCCIllinois institutions to interact with employers who want to hire for their job and internship positions.  This event will provide access to some of the best and brightest students across the state of Illinois.  Through this event, you will have the opportunity to meet hundreds of Illinois students at one convenient location. 


For this fair we are utilizing a mobile app designed to enhance the CareerFest experience.  The app allows students the ability to see which companies are attending and research employers before arriving.  Through the app there is the option to be a "Featured Employer." This pushes your company to the top of the employer list in the app, allows your logo to be shown on the splash screen when students open the app, and encourages the students to click on your company bio. 


We understand that you want to maximize your recruiting efforts and make your presence knwn with the students and alumni attending CareerFest.  Below are several opportunities for organization sponsorship and advertisements.:

Registration includes: 1 - 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, parking, refreshment and lunches for 2 representatives.

Advertising and Sponsorship:

Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities

We understand that you want to maximize your recruiting efforts and make your presence known with the students and alumni attending CareerFest.Below are several opportunities for organizations sponsorships and advertisements:


1. Digital Advertising (Career Fair Plus App Banner  & Venue Digital LCD Screen): Career Fair Plus is a mobile app designed to connect students and alumni with businesses interested in hiring them. Students and alumni can research companies, navigate career fair, and get event alerts from their mobile device before, during and event after the career fair.  App Banner Ads are the best way to get candidates’ attention prior to the fair. In addition, company logos and table numbers will be on the digital LCD screen during the career fair. Cost: $125. This package is available to all participating employers.

2. Student Preparation Station: This station is at the entrance of the career fair giving students the opportunity to polish their look before they entering the career fair floor. The sponsoring employer(s) will have their company logo, table number, and marketing materials (brochures) included in this area. Cost: $100. This package is limited to three participating employers.


3. Professional Photographer Sponsorship (includes 1 Career Fair table registration & Digital Advertising package): Be remembered after the career fair. There will be a professional photographer taking student head shots (for LinkedIn). The sponsoring employer will have their company logo, description, hiring opportunities and more, included in the email body in which student photo is sent attached. Also included on the head shot is a thumbnail of sponsoring company logo or name at the very bottom of photo. This package includes 1 Career Fair Table Registration and Digital Advertising package. Cost: $850.00. This package is limited to one participating employer.


Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to careerfest@iscpa.org before January 15, 2019 at 5 p.m. CST. Employers who notify us prior to January 15th will receive 50% refund. Cancellations received after January 15th will not receive refund.
